Magesi has shown huge improvement this year under the former Manning Rangers midfielder after a disappointing performance in the Motsepe Foundation last season.
The Limpopo-based side is currently sitting position 3 on the league log with 18 points after playing 10 games so far this season.
Larsen says his only mission is to help Magesi gain promotion to PSL next season.
"I have seen those reports. But there is no truth to that," Larsen tells KickOff.
"My focus at the moment is to help Magesi do well in the league this season. we have recruited well, and I think we have a strong team to compete in the league this season. We have a group of nice boys who are committed to achieving our objective this season," he added.
Magesi are set to meet Venda Football Club in their next league match at the Malamulele stadium on Saturday.
