The ongoing case between Royal AM and midfielder Ndumiso Mabena regarding a complaint made by the player over an alleged several outstanding salary payments will be heard at the Labour Court on Friday.
Mabena has made a complaint against Royal AM after the former Orlando Pirates midfielder failed to receive his salary owed, since July.

Initially, the DRC had ordered Royal AM to reinstate Mabena or pay him a settlement after turning down the club's decision to sell him to Swallows FC.
"The case is going to be heard in court on Friday," a source close to the player tells KickOff.
"The boy is going through a lot. He is the breadwinner in his family, and now, it has been two months since he last received a salary.
Mabena's lawyer Machine Motloung could not be reached for comment.
