Royal AM coach Abraham Nteo insists Andile Mpisane is being treated as any other player when on the field of play despite the unique situation of also being club chairman.
Mpisane surprisingly made an appearance as a substitute for Royal AM in the recent Macufe Cup after being registered as a player despite appearing to not meet the necessary conditioning.

The 21-year-old son of Royal AM owner Shauwn Mkhize - who also doubles up as a Kwaito singer -missed the 3-1 defeat at SuperSport United at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Tuesday.
"It's due to team selection," Nteo said when explaining Mpisane's omission.
"We selected the squad to represent the club.
"We treat him as any other player when he's on the field of play. We push him like any other player and don't regard him as the chairman when we do work on the field."
Nteo confirmed that Mpisane was back home with the rest of the squad who failed to make Tuesday's match-day squad.
"He is doing well, to be honest," Nteo added.
"He is training with the boys and is pushing himself while showing lots of commitment.
"He is back home and competing alongside the other players, so it's a matter of time as to when he is ready.
"Once he is we will put him in, but he is doing well and working hard to be in the team, and I am happy with the way is training.
"He is even doing extra work at training, and you can see he wants to play, so we are happy with the progress he is making."
