On fire striker Khanyisa Mayo fired home a scintillating hat-trick, taking his tally in the tournament to five.
On Friday, the David Notoane-coached side beat Glasgow Rangers 3-2 and will play Fluminense in their last group game on Tuesday.
In Sunday’s other group B fixture, Fluminese emerged 4-3 victors over Rangers in a seven-goal thriller.
Group B is made up of the SA National U-19s, TP Mazembe, Fluminense and Glasgow Rangers while Group A comprises Golden Arrows, Sporting Lisbon, KZN Academy X1 and Arsenal FC.
South Africa won the bronze medal at the annual tournament last year and Notoane is confident his side can go improve on that showing this year.
