The 28-year-old joined the club in July 2022 on a free transfer from Portuguese side Farense.
During the 2022/23 season, he won the Cypriot First Division, the first league title of his professional career.
Impressively, he followed that up last season by lifting the Cypriot Super Cup.
Aris Limassol confirmed the milestone via Instagram, writing: "A championship title, a Super Cup victory, playing in the Europa League group stage, countless brilliant skills and incredible goals – this is exactly how Mihlali Mayambela’s first 100 games for Aris looked!
"Congratulations on this milestone and we believe there’s still so much more to come"
According to Transfermarkt, Mayambela has recorded 16 goals and 12 assists across his 100 appearances for the club.
Notably, this is the club he has represented the most in his career to date.
