Pitso Mosimane has recruited highly-regarded fellow South African coach Maahier Davids as the latest addition to his technical team at Saudi Arabian club Al Ahli.
Mosimane recruited Davids to serve as a second assistant at Al Ahli who are in pursuit of winning promotion to the top-flight Saudi League.

The younger brother of Fadlu Davids, Maahier has previously worked at Orlando Pirates, Maritzburg United, Cape Umoya United, Santos, Ajax Cape Town, and St George in Ethiopia in his most recent position last year.
The 36-year-old's appointment was confirmed on Monday by Mosimane's representatives MT Sports.
In Saudi Arabia, Davids will work alongside fellow South Africans in Kabelo Rangoaga, Kyle Solomons, and Musi Matlaba who form part of the technical team at Al Ahli.
The task at hand in Saudi Arabia is to win promotion with the club having collected seven points from three games since Mosimane took over at the end of September.
With two wins (against Al Riyadh and Najran) and one draw (against Jeddah), Mosimane has now started his new job in the same exact same way that he did in his previous job at Al Ahly in Egypt where he had Cavin Johnson as second in command.
Mosimane has another 26 league games to play this season with Al Ahli Saudi this season.
If Mosimane's team returns to the top league, he will then come up against familiar faces who include Musona (Al-Tai) and Luis Miquissone (Abha).
It is the same league where David Ospina, Ever Banega, Luis Gustavo, Vincent Aboubakar, Amir Sayoud, and Odion Ighalo play with high-profile coach Nuno Espirito Santo (formerly with Wolverhampton Wolves and Tottenham Hotspur) also working in the same division.
