Indications are that 'TT' arrived late in camp and allegedly refused to travel with the team ahead of their subsequent game against Somalia on Tuesday, plus used his own transport in a match also played at the same venue, Francistown Stadium.
Information landing on our desk is that there was an alleged instruction from the Botswana FA Vice President Tebogo Tico Kamati for the defender not to be played against Somalia, although he was eventually named in the line-up.

"Everything is normal now, everyone is in high spirits for the national team. I don't think there are any issues. You could see the way TT played), he played his heart out, he was fighting for the team."
The Botswana FA have since issued a letter of apology to the 26-year-old, acknowledging the conversation that happened between Kamati and their captain.
Furthermore, they stated that the Vice President's views on the lanky player, after also questioning his suitability as captain, do not represent the official position of BFA.
