The move comes just days after the club confirmed the long-rumoured exit of former coach Truter who guided Babina Noko to a Nedbank Cup Final and a sixth-place finish on the DStv Premiership log table last season.
Meanwhile, Seema has enjoyed his fair share of success, clinching automatic promotion with former side Polokwane City where he would later resign.
Sekhukhune sit twelfth on the DStv Premiership table with three and one win from their last five matches and the new coach is under no illusions about the task at hand.
"There is obviously a lot ahead of us and therefore I have to hit the ground running. I don't wish to make any promises except to offer my work ethic and dedication to the Club and its supporters," Seema said.
Next for Babina Noko is a CAF Confederations Cup clash away against RSB Berkane on Sunday.
