The 158th edition of the Soweto Derby ended in a 1-1 stalemate on Saturday as Thamsanqa Gabuza cancelled out Willard Katsande's first-half opener for Chiefs at FNB Stadium.
Tshabalala said: "I think it was a great game of football. I think we played better first half. I feel we should have wrapped it up in the first half, it wasn't the case.
"Second half, we gave them enough space to play. They got their confidence and started to play.
