The Soweto Derby takes centre stage this weekend with kick-off set for 15h30.
Khune put in a good show against Ajax Cape Town at FNB Stadium on Wednesday as Amakhosi won 1-0.
Baxter says he will make the decision in "due course" regarding who will start but admits that, "Itu's experience could be vital in the Derby".

However, Khuzwayo has played most of Chiefs' matches this season when Khune was sidelined with injury.
Baxter was speaking at the Soweto Derby press conference this afternoon at FNB Stadium.
