What happened?
Paris Saint-Germain has partnered with world-renowned brand Dior for a series of Kim Jones-designed pieces to be worn by the players. Jones is the artistic director of Dior's men's collections
The collaboration is expected to go on for at least the next two seasons, with the brand showing off their latest casual and formal looks on the Paris club's stars.
From this season, Dior is creating the official wardrobe of the Parisian Club and will dress them. This is the first time that the Dior house has started a project with a sports club.

The suits?
The players were seen wearing specially-designed black and navy-blue-colored suits. One of the most eye-catching features of the casual look is a Harrington jacket which contains a knitted sweater and polo shirt.
So many pieces have subtle details that reflect the clothing apparel expertise in their craft. All of the clothes have an embroidered PSG patch and "CD Icon" initials. This look is then finished with Dior's explorer derbies in black leather.

What else will the players wear?
Additionally, players will be expected to wear accessories including Dior's saddle bag in black, a grained calfskin, a PSG-branded jacquard tie, a cashmere scarf and a reversible belt.
Other clubs that have done similar projects
Paris Saint-Germain is not the only club to attempt to blend the world of fashion and football together with its player's wardrobes. Legendary designer Thom Browne has previously worked with Barcelona to release a clothing line for children, while Juventus have used Loro Piana for this season.
