Kerr returned to Mzansi back in February but was forced to watch from the sidelines for an extended period as work-permit issues saw him unable to coach his side from the technical bench.
Despite the frustrating start to life at TTM, he's managed to guide the relegation-favourites to safety and qualify them for the 2021/22 CAF Confederation Cup after winning the Nedbank Cup.
An what marks down as a miracle campaign for the Limpopo-based outfit whose season was marred by board room drama since their status takeover from Bidvest Wits - it's managed to end on a positive note with Kerr in charge and new ownership.
Speaking to snl24.com/kickoff about his latest unique ink, the coach, who held several stories with the unique art explained why he got one from each South African club.
"[I have] three PSL and 1 NSL [tattoos]," Kerr said. "Each has an amazing significance all different.
"Leopards my first team in PSL and Baroka [I was] told to keep their status. A better achievement to winning the league because no one fancied both to stay in.
"TTM because we won both Nedbank and Stayed PSL and this one was massive because of all the hassles they had from previous owners.
"What I did is got the players [and] staff to believe in themselves and trust me. We all worked hard myself DVD and Nico behind the scenes to change the mind frame of the players."
Kerr coached Tanzanian giants Simba SC in the 2015/16 season before winning the Kenyan top-flight with Gor Mahia.
