PUMA have designed an impressively detailed dragon graphic, synonymous with Japanese folklore, to symbolise the intrinsic features of the evoSPEED 1.3 built for speed and agility.
The boot’s detailed raised texture has a more technical function than what meets the eye. The textured graphic on the boot upper enhances ball contact and control in all weather conditions, while the external midfoot mould provides comfort and protection.
Manchester City striker Sergio Agüero joins a host of world class players wearing the ‘Dragon’ including Marco Reus, Radamel Falcao, Antoine Griezmann, Marco Verratti and Santi Cazorla, and is hoping the new boot will give him the necessary firepower ahead of a gruelling schedule in the weeks to come.
