Steve Barker has opened up on Stellenbosch FC's new signing Enyinnaya Kazie Godswill, whom he has compared to a well-travelled former Kaizer Chiefs star.
Stellenbosch confirmed they had strengthened their defensive line with the arrival of Nigerian defender Godswill.

The 25-year-old joins as a replacement for former club captain Deano Van Rooyen, who joined Orlando Pirates shortly after the start of the current season.
Barker has revealed his excitement about the club's new acquisition.
"I was tempted to start him [against Orlando Pirates]. he has been training with us. Obviously, it took long to get his visa, work-permit, but now he's available.
"Kazie, don't ask me to pronounce his surname… Enyinnaya. But yes, he's a similar type of attacking fullback as Deano was [for Stellies], he likes to get forward.

"He's nuggety, strong in the tackle, but he will give us definite forward momentum and at training when I looked at him, I thought we signed a young Bhasera there.
"He looks just like Bhasera, plays like him and strong like a bull. But yes, he's going to add a lot of value. He almost got onto the pitch, but I'm sure he will get his opportunity soon," explains the former University of Pretoria coach.
The Nigerian international could make his debut when the Winelands-based outfit take on RSB Berkane in a CAF Confederation Cup group stage clash on Sunday.
Kick-off is at 15:00.
