SuperSport United defender Thatayaone Ditlhokwe has explained why he's grateful to head coach Gavin Hunt ahead of his blockbuster move to Kaizer Chiefs.
Amakhosi announced in January that the Botswana national team captain had agreed on personal terms to make the switch to Naturena on a precontract when his current deal with Matsatsantsa expires in June.

Notably, Hunt continued fielding the centre-back and doubled up on his stance that he would not leave out a good player simply because he had joined another team.
"I think one of the reasons I gave it my all even after the news was out about [moving] Chiefs is because of how SuperSport United treated me during this period," Ditlhokwe told journalists at the club's award ceremony on Monday.
"Even the time when the news was announced in the media, they never changed the way they treated me, especially the coach. He has been magnificent towards my career because he continued guiding me.
"He never showed me any signs of maybe pushing me to the side. He [Hunt] remained professional and I remained professional too."
Ditlhokwe is one of three signings already secured by Chiefs in a bid to to bolster their squad for the upcoming season. Cape Town City's Mduduzi Mdantsane and TS Galaxy's Given Msimango are also expected to join up with Chiefs at the start of July.
