Former Swallows FC head coach Zeca Marques has thrown his hat into the ring to make a sensational return to the Soweto club to fill the vacant managerial role.
In 2012 the Portugal-born coach helped Moroka Swallows lift the MTN8 trophy.
Marques' previous managerial role was at Tshakuma Tsha Madzhivhandila FC in 2021 where he left barely a month after joining.

Musa Nyatama is currently at the helm of the Dube Birds as an interim coach.
"Of course, I'm always available, I helped them the last time I was in charge [July 2018-September 2019], at least that's what the club's supporters say," Marques tells KickOff.
"I Did my best during my time under difficult circumstances, maybe the same circumstances are there now.
"You know I cannot predict the future, I can only try my best, I'm sure everyone is trying their best at the moment.
"But coaching is more than taking a team and training a team.
"If it was simple everyone would be a good coach.
"Coaching is complex and not every person is sometimes made for that specific challenge.
"Of course, I'm available to help my club, Swallows has always been my club.
"I talk to people every day and they always say, 'When you talk about Swallows you talk about Zeca Marques, Sir you must go and help this club.'
"But Swallows they know what they are doing, some seasons you do well some you don't. It's football.
"It's a very difficult situation when you don't understand what's going on, I have pulled away to let them fly."
Marques insists the relationship between him, and Swallows FC chairman David Mogashoa is still very much in good condition.
"No, it's perfect, football is football you know, sometimes you can leave a bit upset, I mean that's how it works you know.
"We don't live in a perfect world and we as people are emotionally driven and charged.
"But life goes on you learn to forgive and go back to normality.
"There's never been an animosity, I've never been upset with anyone 'No!'
