Swallows FC CEO Sipho Xulu has revealed the reasons for the club deciding to part ways with head coach Dylan Kerr.
Kerr was called into a meeting on Monday by the club hierarchy for showdown talks to deliberate his future.

A decision on Kerr's future was finally taken in a second meeting at 17:00 on Wednesday.
"Yes, the coach is gone and a decision has been made," Xulu tells KickOff.
"We couldn't complete everything in Monday's meeting, but now a decision has been made to relieve him of his duties.
"It happened this Wednesday evening, because we didn't plan for this to happen.
"It has not yet been decided who will be in charge of the team going forward.
"We were not happy as a club, football is a result-based sport, all arrangements and agreements are made in terms of results.
"But under coach Dylan Kerr those results were not coming. He has done his best, and we thank him for what he has done.
"Unfortunately, it's the nature of the game that when things don't work out, in the interest of all parties, we must part ways.
"As for who will be in charge of training sessions, for now, we will make internal arrangements within the club.
"We will do that until further notice."
