Swallows FC might be forced to part ways with a portion of their Premier Soccer League grant for November.
The Dube Birds are expected to settle their debts with two of their former players by the end of October.
According to the South African Football Players Union [Safpu] failure to do so will mean the two players Thabo Mosadi and Mphakamiseni Nene will be paid from their monthly grant.

"Nene we reached out, there was a settlement agreement, we sat down with Swallows and the player agreed the club's offer was good," Safpu deputy secretary general Calvin Motloung tells KickOff.
"They offered to pay the monies they owe him for six months. They are going to pay him every month. That's the offer from Swallows, and the player agreed.
"I'm talking about a salary of six, seven months.
"But then we had a clause there that if they are unable to pay, we can claim the whole amount.
"So, we agreed both the player and the club because there were no intentions from the club to default.
"So, we agreed if they default, we will claim the whole amount from the grant, of which they defaulted.
"First month which was September they couldn't pay. So, we took the matter back to PSL because it was an order from the DRC that if they fail we take the whole amount from their grant, and the PSL knows about the agreement.
"Because now it's already month-end I think the money will be deducted from next month's grant.
"It's the same with Thabo Mosadi, the club came with a settlement offer before the DRC which the player agreed to it, and the order was made by the DRC.
"Mosadi agreed to be paid in terms every month for 12 months because in his case there were unpaid salaries and signing-on fees.
"So if Mosadi doesn't get his first payment, then the money will be deducted from the grant end of October, all of it.
"And like Nene, Mosadi is currently searching for employment."
Contacted for a comment regarding the two issues, Swallows Ceo Sipho Xulu refused to say much.
"My comment is, if there's an agreement between two parties, I'm sure it needs to be discussed between parties.
"I'm not prepared to comment in the media on whatever position we are in."
