FC Barcelona and Nike have officially unveiled the iconic third kit for the 2019/20 season that will bring nostalgia to those who witnessed Ronaldo Nazario in action for the LaLiga giants.
Within the new season ahead, the LaLiga champions will now feature in a teal green shirt, one that evokes memories of te 1996/07 season in which Ronaldo netted 47 goals.
According to the press release by Nike, the club will debut the shirt in the UEFA Champions League this season, while fas will be able to purchase from 13 September.
The stylish shirt displays a retro V-neck collar with a dark blue trimmings on the sleeves, which can be seen in the gallery above.
Club stalwart Gerard Piqué expressed his excitment upon the kit release via their official website claiming it will evoke fond memories to the club legends of the past.
"When you see this color, you think of Ronaldo, Guardiola, Stoichkov, Luis Enrique…so many great players," Piqué said.
"It will be a pleasure to wear this kit and bring our fans joy with victories both at home and abroad."
