Kaizer Chiefs unveil 50th anniversary kit jersey

Kaizer Chiefs have unveiled a new jersey to celebrate the club's half-century of existence.

Chiefs launched their 50th anniversary jersey as the club celebrates the milestone on 7 January, having been formed back in 1970.

Amakhosi are set to model the jersey for the first time when they take on Highlands Park in an Absa Premiership fixture on Wednesday, and will continue to wear it throughout the year.

Wednesday's fixture is expected to be played in front of a sold-out FNB Stadium at 19h30, with free entrance for Amakhosi fans.

The Glamour Boys currently lead the way on the log standings by four points, having collected 35 points from their first 15 matches.
