PUMA gang: Lorch, Makola, Manyisa, Buchanan, Tau ready for football return

With the resumption of football on the horizon, Thembinkosi Lorch and some of South Africa's biggest football stars showed off their latest boots they're likely to be sporting soon.

Lorch, 26, has yet to reach the heights this season that saw him named the 2018/19 PSL Footballer of the Season but after the coronavirus-enforced suspension, the Orlando Pirates star is likely to be yearning to return to the football pitch.

A known influencer for the PUMA brand, Lorch posted his new sponsored Future Rise 5.1 boots, which retail at R2 755 for the replica edition.

Eye-catching net-finishing

The brightly coloured footwear will certainly light up the Absa Premiership pitches when football returns as he won't be the only player in the league sporting the vibrant two-tone boots.

Clearly designed for the most technically gifted players in the game, the fully-knitted NETFIT upper is said to be geared for players with a key strength in agility, reactions and close control.

So it comes as no surprise to see Bafana Bafana teammates Percy Tau and Themba Zwane amongst the six footballers who've promoted the latest offering from the German sportswear manufacturer.

Displaying their favourites

While Lorch and company promoted the latest offering from the brand, they also showcased their favourite collection of boots which can be seen in the gallery above.
