Picking up from where they left off in 2014 with the release of the Snoop Lion special edition, the German sportswear brand and the American rapper have rekindled their partnership with a US Dollar-inspired special edition boot for 2016.
In true Snoop Dogg fashion, the adidas adizero 5-Star 5.0 boot is covered in a $100 bill print featuring a gold-plated sole with the slogan “money on my mind” written across the sides, making reference to the rapper’s 1994 hit ‘Gin and Juice’.
Finishing touches include plated lace locks with the slogan “Gotta Hustle”.
And when they arrive at your doorstep (after you’ve forked out +/- R2000) expect them to be wrapped in a $10,000 band, perhaps to make you feel better about your splurge.
