Laffor is reportedly on the wanted list of Amakhosi, who are believed to have tried to lure the Liberian international to Naturena on several previous occasions.
The 33-year-old former SuperSport United winger has been at Chloorkop for the past six years, winning major honours such as the CAF Champions League, CAF Super Cup and two Absa Premiership titles.
However, things have not been all jaunty for Laffor, who played a bit-part role in the team’s league triumph as he managed just 12 appearances last term.
Despite this though, Mosimane insists the ex-Jomo Cosmos star is still part of the club’s plans and the player himself has not expressed any desire to move on.
“In football there’ll always be rumours linking everybody everywhere, so … He hasn’t said that he wants to go,” Mosimane tells snl24.com/kickoff.
“We haven’t said he must go; he hasn’t said he wants to go. There will always be speculation, and sometimes media will blow things out of proportion.
“But, it’s football. We are part of the industry and we have to deal with that.”
