Former Kaizer Chiefs attacking midfielder Lebogang Manyama is one of a long list of DStv Premiership footballers who has a genuine appreciation for BMW. Here's a closer look.
The story
Amakhosi players have long had a strong liking, perhaps preference towards the German automaker. Although some have departed, the likes of Bernard Parker, Willard Katsande, and Khama Billiat are just some of the names who are proud owners of at least one BMW.
Manyama, of course, has a lovely 1 Series, a car identical to that of his former Zimbabwean teammate Billiat.

The 1 Series is considered to be one of the best premium hatchbacks in the market and it is believed to be an attractive option for buyers due to its uncompromising sports car qualities such as performance and efficiency.
The hatchback is also very easy on the eye and it also one of the brand's smaller cars, although it still has the trademark long nose and wheels that are placed at almost exactly all four corners. It is available in three-door and five-door versions.
Did you know?
The Tembisa-star represented five different clubs in the South African topflight, namely Ajax Cape Town, Mpumalanga Black Aces, Supersport United, Cape Town City, and of course, The Phefeni Glamour Boys.
Overseas, he represented Turkish Super League side Konyaspor. According to Transfermarkt, the club signed him for €600 000 (R10.2 million) in 2017.
Your thoughts, please?
Do you think it was the correct decision to not extend Manyama's stay at Naturena and which club would you like to see him join next?
