Al Ahly star reveals how he earned 'Mufasa' nickname under Pitso

An Al Ahly star has now revealed how South African coach Pitso Mosimane gave him the nickname "Mufasa".

During his tenure at the Egyptian, the South African tactician guided the side to two CAF Champions League trophies as well as two CAF Super Cups, but aside from just winning trophies, Mosimane seems to also be remembered by the players for his handling of them behind the scenes.

While speaking to presenter Ibrahim Fayek on the television program Audience of Three via El Captain, Akram said that the movie 'The Lion King' is very close to his heart with Mufasa being a beloved character of his.
