After a certain African star was found to have tested positive for doping, the player has since reportedly reacted angrily to the allegation.
Pyramids FC star Ramadan Sobhi faces a lengthy ban on the sidelines after Egyptian Football Association (EFA) president Gamal Allam confirmed on 31 March that the player's test results came back positive.

With the test having been conducted eight months ago, Allam told ONSports FM: "The responsible committee from FIFA sent us an official letter where Ramadan Sobhi's doping sample returned positive.
"Pyramids also informed us about the test results but they will have 10 days to make their appeal. There will be another test, however, before we take any action against the player.
"It is possible that he took some medicine which he didn't know much about."
It appears the public statement by the head of the EFA has not gone down well with Sobhi, with a source close to him telling Egyptian outlet Kooora: "Ramadan began communicating with a lawyer specialising in such cases through his brother-in-law, Sherif Ekramy, the Pyramids goalkeeper, who went through a similar experience and was suspended for two months."
The source further indicated that the 27-year-old attacker, who previously represented Stoke City and Huddersfield Town in England's Premier League, is also preparing a response to both the EFA and the Anti-Doping Organisation on the matter.
"Ramadan will complain against Allam for violating the protocol in place in cases of doping detection that prohibits announcing the player's name," the source added, per Kooora.
"Also, Allam mentioned false information that Ramadan Sobhi's doping sample was positive, and the truth is that the sample was corrupted."
