The winger initially retired from Zimbabwe national team duty in November 2021, just months leading up to the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations.
This announcement comes after new Warriors boss Michael Nees named his squad for the upcoming 2025 AFCON qualifiers, which did not include Billiat.
The former Mamelodi Sundowns star has since received a late call-up due to his impressive displays in the Zim top flight, where he is the joint top goalscorer alongside William Manondo and Tymon Machope with 10 strikes, per the league's official website.
