Egypt's former assistant coach Diaa El-Sayed has slammed the Egyptian Football Association for their handling over Mohamed Salah.
There was a back and fourth between Egypt and Liverpool after Salah's injury at the Africa Cup of Nations, with the player heading back to England to complete his rehab instead of staying with the team.

Salah was also called up for international break later this month, but the Reds have since intervened as they want Salah to remain in Liverpool.
El-Sayed says the EFA have no idea on how to handle a player as big as Salah.
"It's the same mistakes happening again," El-Sayed told ETC.
"We still don't know how to deal with a player of Salah's stature.
"It's unacceptable the way we handled this situation and there has to be private communication between the EFA and Liverpool.
"Liverpool still have four games left until the international break so it's not right for the EFA to inform them that Salah has to join the national team if he returns from injury before that time. There must be better coordination between everyone involved.
"Salah is a true professional and has never put himself above the team under any of the previous managers.
"I don't know if Hossam Hassan spoke to him or not but I think that excluding him from the squad would be the wrong decision."
