A former Manchester City star and current Super Eagle has admitted that Nigeria's training has been incomplete ahead of their big match against Bafana Bafana.
As the Finidi George-led side prepares to take on South Africa in a 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier on Friday night, Kelechi Iheanacho has opened up on his side's troubles heading into the game.

Due to a nationwide strike in Nigeria that started on Monday, eight players were reported to have been stranded in Lagos while the rest of the team are training in Uyo.
Despite missing some stars, the Super Eagles were still able to hold training sessions, but according to the striker, the team has felt the effects of the strike.
Speaking to TVC News, Iheanacho revealed that the side could not get through some sessions as a result.
"Obviously, we are not yet complete and we are missing a few players, it's just a little bit of an impact in the training sessions. We couldn't do some of the big sessions that we needed to do because we are not complete," the 27-year-old said, per Soccernet.ng.
"It affects the training a little bit, but we've got almost everybody today and we did a big session which is very, very important.
"Hopefully everyone will be around tomorrow for us to get the full length of the pitch and training that we need."
The forward, who represented the Citizens between 2014 and 2017 before moving to Leicester City, went on to praise the work of the coaching staff.
"Overall, we have been working really hard and training for a few days now so I think the coaches are doing a great job. We are really fit and ready to go," Iheanacho added.
