A high-profile Brazilian star who has previously plied his trade for some of Europe's biggest teams could now reportedly be set for a sensational move to Africa.
Former Bayern Munich and Juventus winger Douglas Costa has received an offer to join Tunisian side Esperance Sportive de Tunis, according to Brazilian journalist Eduardo Gabardo, as reported by Radio Gaucha, via KingFut.

The 33-year-old is currently on the market as a free agent after seeing his contract with Brazilian club Fluminense being terminated just six months after he joined the team.
During his time at the Brasileiro Serie A outfit, the attacker made 22 appearances across all competitions, managing to register just one assist in the combined 764 minutes of game time he amassed.

With the former Shakhtar Donetsk star now on the hunt for a new club, it is claimed he is not short of options as teams from Spain and the United Arab Emirates have also registered an interest in securing his services.
It stated that ES Tunis want to add Costa to their ranks in an effort to bolster the squad ahead of the 2024/25 campaign that will see them compete in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.
The Tunisian outfit is also said to be hopeful of winning the CAF Champions League for the fifth time in the club's history.
The Blood and Gold came close last season, reaching the final of the competition, where they lost 1-0 on aggregate to Egyptian giants Al Ahly.
Esperance already boast two Brazilians in their squads, Yan Sasse and Rodrigo Rodrigues, and are believed to be hopeful of making Costa their third.

The attacker would bring a wealth of trophy-winning experience to the side, given that he won the Bundesliga on three occasions with Bayern.
He is also a three-time Italian champion with Juventus, and won six Ukrainian Premier League titles during his time at Shakhtar.
