With Pitso Mosimane having landed a new coaching role in Iran, the amount the club will be paying him has now reportedly been revealed.
The South African tactician was officially unveiled as Esteghlal FC's new manager on Friday evening, after being without a team since departing Saudi Arabian outfit Abha Club in June.

The Capital Blues ended the 2023/24 campaign as runners-up to Persian Gulf Pro League champions Persepolis FC, losing out on the title by just one point.
The tactician's representatives, MT Sports Marketing Management, confirmed that one of his objectives will be to try to lead the side to continental glory in the AFC Champions League.
It was also confirmed that Mosimane would be taking along with him Maahier Davids, Kabelo Rangoaga, Musi Matlaba and Kyle Solomon, who will all form part of his technical team as he looks to help the Iranian outfit achieve their goals on the domestic as well as continental fronts.
The side's big ambitions and their decision to appoint the former Mamelodi Sundowns has seemingly not come cheap, however.
According to Iranian news site Eghtesad Azad, the South African coach has signed a one-year deal that can be extended at the end of the season if both parties agree, and it is claimed the 60-year-old will earn a whopping $900 000 (about R15 million) for his first year in charge, along with the possibility of earning bonuses that could amount to 20% of his initial salary.
In addition to that, it is suggested the club is also obligated to provide him with an apartment, a car, and a personal driver.
The former Al Ahly boss' assistants will reportedly also receive apartments and cars during their stay at the Persian Gulf Pro League outfit.

It is said Mosimane will receive 30% of his salary up front, while the remaining 70% will be paid to him on a monthly basis until the season comes to an end.
