There have reports that Zamalek were interested in Zinnbauer's services as they ponder Jose Peseiro's future after their recent CAF Confederation Cup exit.

However, WinWin have reported that Zinnbauer wants to remain with Kabylie beyond the current season, with his contract only set to expire in 2026.

Kabylie finished seventh in the 2023/2024 Ligue 1 campaign, but Zinnbauer has got the team in the top three with seven games left in the campaign.

The report added that the former Pirates has entertained any offer from the Egyptian Premier League in respect to his current club, who are said to be looking at extending his contract.

Kabylie have only suffered one defeat under Zinnnbauer, having registered four wins and three draws in eight matches.
