The Uganda national team has now named their squad to face Bafana Bafana in the upcoming 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Going into the final round of AFCON qualifiers- matchday 5 and 6, Uganda currently sit on top of Group K with 10 points after three wins and one draw.
They began their qualifying campaign with a 2-2 draw against Bafana in September before claiming a 2-0 victory over Congo that same month.

Back-to-back victories over South Sudan put them on the cusp of qualification, needing just a point to qualify with two games remaining.
Mathematically, at least a draw against South Africa on Friday, 15 November at the Mandela National Stadium in Kampala will secure their spot at next year's tournament in Morocco.
Anything but a defeat against Hugo Broos' side will ensure The Cranes' eighth qualification for AFCON, with their last appearance in the competition coming in 2019 in Egypt, where they bowed out of the round of 16.
Uganda boss Paul Put has now named a 27-man squad for the upcoming games against South Africa and Congo.
Coach Put Names 27 for South Africa and Congo Double-Header.
