An Al Ahly star has claimed that South African manager Pitso Mosimane "wronged" him during their time together at the club.
Karim Fouad moved to the Red Devils from Nogoom FC in September 2021, and played under the former Mamelodi Sundowns boss until June 2022, when the tactician parted ways with the club.

The winger then worked under Ricardo Soares, who spent just 61 days in his post, before Marcel Koller stepped in to the Club of the Century helm, with the player having expressed a preference for playing under the Swiss coach.
Speaking about his experience with Mosimane, the 25-year-old described his time under the former Abha Club boss as "harsh".
"Al Ahly players felt the ill-treatment Mosimane showed me, to the point where he preferred Amro El Soulia to sit next to him, just so he wouldn't have to talk to me much," Fouad said, per Cairo24.
"I deserved a chance to participate, but he wronged me, and always intentionally reprimanded me over trivial matters.
"He even told me that I don't know how to deal with the ball, which prompted me to hire a performance analysis company."
The player then went on to highlight a personal difference he feels when comparing the South African to the Red Devils' current head coach.
"Koller recognised my ability to play on the wing after observing my performance in training, so he decided to utilise me in that position."
