Raja Casablanca have announced they will sue Wydad Casablanca president Hicham Ait Mena over his comments about league success last season.
The Red Castle president claimed that Raja had stolen the Botola Pro title from AS FAR Rabat last season.
Raja won the league title under the guidance of Josef Zinnbauer, with the race going down to the final game of the campaign.

The defending champions have since released a statement revealing they have made an official complaint, with reports in Morocco claiming they are also will also go to court over the reckless remarks.
"These statements constitute, according to Article 1 of the Code of Ethics of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, irresponsible behavior that affects the integrity, reputation and image of national football and its institutions, and is a violation of the ethical values ??that the defendant must adhere to in his capacity as president of a football club and as an official in the National Professional Football League," the statement read.
Ait Mena also hit back by claiming that there was a misunderstanding about his comments.
"In football language, we use this phrase to express losing a match or a title at the last moment, or when you are at your best and you lose," he told Radio Mars.
"This is the context in which I spoke and said that last season's championship was stolen from the Royal Army, and I do not bear responsibility here for some people's interpretations or their inability to comprehend."
