Rulani 'makes promise' to axed Wydad star

Wydad Casablanca head coach Rulani Mokwena has reportedly made a promise to one his players, who was not in his plans this season.

Saifeddine Bouhra was not high on the pecking order at the start of the season, especially after the club brought in a few attackers during the transfer window.

The 24-year-old has made just three appearances this campaign, although none of those matches have come in the league.

According to Koora, the former Mamelodi Sundowns tactician has promised to give the attacker some more minutes in the coming weeks.
The 24-year-old seemingly impressed the South African coach during their Excellence Cup competitions during the international break.
"However, Bouhra did not perform well in the pre-season preparations, so he was excluded from the South African coach's plans, before he recently gained his trust," a source told Kooora.
"Bouhra received a promise from Mokwena to give him an important role in the coming period after the league resumes."
The report claims that Bouhra and goalkeeper Youssef Al-Mutia are the only players left from the "old guard" at the Moroccan club.
