Rulani Mokwena's Wydad Casablanca have started the Botola Pro 1 campaign with a defeat to MAS de Fes on Friday night.
The Red Castle had a relatively good pre-season under Mokwena, having won a number of matches in the last month.

The club have also bolstered their squad significantly, having brought over ten players, including South African striker Cassius Mailula.
Goalkeeper Abdelali Mhamdi, Zakaria Nassik, Nabil Marmouk and Hamza Sakhi were handed their debuts by coach Mokwena, while Mailula started on the bench.
There was not much to write home about in the first half, except the home side having a goal disallowed on the stroke of halftime for an offside.
Mailula eventually made his way onto the pitch for his Wydad debut in the 60th minute, replacing Chouaib Faidi.
However, it would be MAS de Fes to get the winning goal in the 95th minute as Hamza El Janati converted from the penalty spot to condemn Mokwena to defeat in his first official game for Wydad.
