The clash is an eagerly awaited affair, with CAF having confirmed that tickets for the game sold out within 24 hours of being made available.
A number of dignitaries are expected to be in attendance, among them CAF president Patrice Motsepe.
It has also been confirmed that another high-profile name will be at the game, with Al Ettifaq manager Gerrard set to be there to keep eyes on Zamalek star Zizo.
According to Saadaonline.net, the former Rangers boss said during a recent television interview: "As a club, we have acquired many new players, and since the Saudi league is the most distinguished, and Zizo is a very distinguished player, we are already following the Egyptian clubs, and we have seen his advantages.
"Perhaps we will try to attract him."
Zizo has been a star performer at Zamalek, having contributed a commendable 76 goals and 64 assists for the club since his arrival in January 2019.
He was particularly impressive during Zamalek's Confederation Cup triumph last season, registering a stellar four goals and six assists in 11 matches to help his team earn their second CAFCC title.

Having previously won the Super Cup with Zamalek in his first season at the club, the winger recently told CAFOnline ahead of the crunch tie on Friday: "Not only is this one of the most important trophies to win in Africa, but it involves two arch-rivals that have a rich history in African football.
"We want to deliver a high-quality match that shines a spotlight on Egyptian football. Portuguese coach Jose Gomes and his staff are working hard with us to prepare for this challenge.
"It will require a lot of mental toughness. We can prepare well tactically, but mental toughness will be key in such a match."
