TP Mazembe coach gives special praise to Sundowns

Despite beating Sundowns in the reverse fixture last year, N'Diaye has labelled the Brazilians the best team in Africa.

Mazembe's last visit to South Africa ended in a 1-0 defeat to the Brazilians during the group stages in 2021.

"For me, Mamelodi Sundowns is currently the best team on the continent and in order to get a result, the players need to be very good individually and collectively," the coach told media on Friday afternoon.

"Beating Sundowns made me very proud as we did our best, but they will be looking for revenge because they lost against us at home. We know here that they will do their best.

"It will be difficult but we're here to get the result."

The match is scheduled to get underway at 15h00 at Lucas Moripe Stadium.
