The Portuguese tactician led Fenerbahce SK to a thrilling 3-2 victory over Trabzonspor in a Super Lig encounter on Sunday, with the result pushing them closer to league leaders Galatasaray.

After 10 games, the Sari Kanaryalar are now in third place with 23 points, just five behind their bitter rivals in first, and two behind Samsunspor in second.
While the former Chelsea boss may have been pleased with the victory, he used his post-match press conference to express his frustration with the officials during the match.
"We play against a system. And to play against a system is the most difficult thing," Mourinho said per Football.London.
"Tonight we play against a good team, against a strong atmosphere, against VAR, and against a system. So very hard."
These comments were not taken lightly by the Turkish Football Federation, who released a statement confirming Mourinho's punishment.
"In the post-match flash interview and press conference are evaluated as a whole; the statements in question are contrary to sportsmanship, sports ethics or the concept of fair play, damage the reputation of the TFF, aim to diminish the value of Turkish football, cast a shadow over the impartiality of the referees and other match officials, and are therefore punished with a discretionary fine of 900,000 TL in accordance with Article 38/4-a of the FDT due to Unsportsmanlike Statements," the communication read.
