On Sunday, FCSB secured a 2-1 victory over Dinamo Bucharest in their second play-off match, maintaining their unbeaten run in this phase of the competition.
It was yet another inspired performance from Ngezana, with Becali speaking highly of the Bafana Bafana centre-back.
Becali admitted that he was impressed by one of FCSB's goal-scorers during the match but added that he was particularly amazed by the former Kaizer Chiefs defender.
"I liked David Miculescu the most," Becali told DigiSport.
"But Ngezana also played very well. It was his best match. He played as a central defender, but a central defender who also pulled off a feint and moved forward with the ball in attack.
"A highly valuable central defender. He no longer played desperately or fearfully."
So far this season, Ngezana has made 35 appearances for FCSB, taking his total tally for the club to 66 matches, according to Transfermarkt.
Despite missing six games due to injury this term, the 27-year-old Sebokeng native has still played more matches in all competitions than all but seven FCSB players.
