Despite nearing his 40th birthday, Ronaldo continues to defy age with his performances for Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League.
The forward has already registered 10 goals and three assists in just 15 appearances this season, proving he remains a force to be reckoned with.
Mourinho has reached out to Ronaldo with the proposition of moving to Turkey once his current contract with Al Nassr expires in June, according to The Sun per Eurosport.
Turkish sources suggest Mourinho asked Ronaldo whether he is content in Saudi Arabia and if he would consider a switch to Fenerbahce should he decide to move on.
While Ronaldo has yet to confirm his plans, speculation about his future has been rife.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner has previously admitted that he "can't think long-term anymore" and that he will see how his legs respond in the next few years, but Fenerbahce fans are optimistic he could be tempted to end his illustrious career in Istanbul.
Adding to the intrigue, Fenerbahce's director of football Mario Branco has reportedly initiated discussions with Ronaldo and his agent in a bid to explore the possibility of the move.
Ronaldo has also been linked with a potential January switch to Saudi rivals Al Hilal, who are planning a squad shake-up following Neymar's injury struggles.
