A Bayern Munich star has revealed he was shocked to see the club sack Julian Nagelsmann a couple days ago.
The former RB Leipzig tactician was shown the door by the Bavarians on Friday, despite the club still competing for three major trophies this season.
The defending Bundesliga champions have appointed Thomas Tuchel as their new coach, with the German previously out of work following his departure from Chelsea in September.

Bayern midfielder Leon Goretzka admits the news of Nagelsmann's departure did take him by surprise.
"I would be lying if I said the last few days hadn't affected me," Gortezka told TV2.
"It was extremely difficult. We've had a very close relationship with Julian. I probably saw him more than my family. It was a shock!"
The Germany international also took to social media thank Nagelsmann, who won a Bundesliga and two German Super Cups.
"Thank you very much for your cooperation. A cooperation that has always been characterized by trust, fun and mutual appreciation," he psted on Instagram.
"You are a great person and coach to whom we all wish from the bottom of our hearts only the very best. It's up to us to complete your work successfully. Thanks for everything!"
