Mane joins the Bavarians on a three-year deal that will see him become one of the club's biggest earners with his new wages of £250 000 (R4.8 million) a week, according to the Daily Mirror.
This is a significant increase on the salary he was earning with the Reds, believed to be £100 000 (R1.9 million) a week, per Spotrac.
There are a few others who earn more than the Senegal international will at the Allianz Arena, though.
While Robert Lewandowski is currently in the midst of a battle with the Bayern hierarchy in a bid to force a move to FC Barcelona, he remains the German club's highest-paid player.
In 2019, the Poland international signed a four-year deal that sees him earn a weekly wage of £325 000 (R6.3 million).
Serge Gnabry, another player who is reportedly looking to leave Bavaria, is also among the best-paid players in Munich today. When he renewed his deal in 2019, the tricky winger was given a bumper new contract worth £130 000 (R2.5 million) a week.
