Bayern Munich have reportedly identified one of the star goalkeepers at the 2022 FIFA World Cup to replace Manuel Neuer, who will miss the rest of the season.
The German shot-stopper is set to miss the remainder of the 2022/2023 season after breaking his leg while holiday.

Sky Germany have reported that the Bundesliga champions are now looking to fill the void left by Neuer and have identified Morocco shot-stopper Yassine Bounou as a target.
Bounou was one of the Atlas Lions' star performers enroute to the semi-final, where they ended up losing 2-0 to defending champions France on Wednesday night.
It now seems that Bounou's heroics have not gone unnoticed, with the Bavarians now reportedly interested in the shot-stopper who is still contracted to LaLiga outfit Sevilla.
Legendary Italian goalkeeper Dino Zoff believes Bounou has been the best shot-stopper at the current World Cup.
"Who is the best goalkeeper in this World Cup? So far, Bounou has made a good impression, he made a very notable contribution," the 80-year-old told Tuttosport.
"There is a lot of him in the Morocco surprise."
