Chelsea's newest signing ahead of the 2023/24 campaign has now been announced.
It has been confirmed that Nicolas Jackson has joined the Blues from LaLiga side Villarreal.

The 22-year-old is understood to have signed a massive eight-year deal, with Chelsea said to have paid a fee of €37 million (R751 million), which is a little more than his reported release clause of €35 million (R151 million).
The London club has got their man after he completed a two-part medical, first on Saturday and then on Sunday, ahead of putting his signature to his contract with his new team.
He impressed for Villarreal last season, scoring 13 goals and providing a further five assists as they finished in fifth place in the Spanish top flight.
He becomes the latest Senegalese to play for the Blues, following the likes of Kalidou Koulibaly, who recently left for Saudi Arabia, and Edouard Mendy, who looks set to join Pitso Mosimane's former club Al Ahli
