It has now been claimed it is not impossible for Neymar to join one of the Premier League's biggest teams.
Neymar has not kicked a ball for club or country since October 2023 due to a cruciate ligament tear, which ruled him out for the rest of the 2023/24 season.

The 32-year-old joined Al Hilal for Paris Saint-Germain at the start of last term, with his decision to move to Saudi Arabia having been criticised by some.
Prior to that move, though, the former FC Barcelona player was linked with several European sides, including Manchester United, Chelsea, and Newcastle United, but a move to England did not prevail as it was reported that signing the attacker would be an incredibly expensive exercise, especially for those teams trying to stay within the limits of the Premier League's Profit and Sustainability Rules.
However, according to Arsenal legend Gilberto Silva, Neymar could one day play in the English top flight for his former side.
Silva, who was capped 93 times by Brazil, told Bet365 : "I'd love to see Neymar in the Premier League with Arsenal, it would be interesting, that's for sure.
"It would bring a lot of joy to fans and make the competition even more special.
"When you look at the Premier League, we want to see the best players in the world and to have him around would be great.
"Let's see. It's not impossible that he could join Arsenal. Why not?"
Neymar, meanwhile, recently had his say on teenage sensation Estevao, who is believed to be set to join Chelsea ahead of next season in a deal worth a reported €61.5 million (R1.2 billion).

Asked which up-and-coming talent excites him the most, the Selecao talisman told ESPN: "Estevao from Palmeiras. I think he is the great talent emerging today in Brazilian football, and I think he will be a genius."
