South Africa and Burnley star Lyle Foster's manager is reportedly close to leaving the relegated club for a massive new job in Europe.
Vincent Kompany is nearing a deal with Bayern Munich that would see him replace Thomas Tuchel as the side's new head coach, with just the compensation fee to be sorted, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

Many consider the Belgian tactician to be a surprise candidate for the Bavarians following the Clarets' relegation from the Premier League after a campaign that saw them pick up just 24 points from 38 matches, resulting in a 19th-place finish.
The six-time UEFA Champions League winners, however, are believed to feel the 38-year-old has much potential, and trust his vision and ideas.
It is said the German giants are in talks with Burnley owner Alan Pace to settle on a compensation fee for Kompany, with the hopes of a deal being concluded by the end of the week.
It is further claimed that Kompany and members of his technical team are in Munich today as they wait on the potential switch to be confirmed, while it is also understood that he said his goodbyes to Burnley on Wednesday.

The English club is reportedly demanding compensation of €20 million (R399 million) for the head coach's signature, while Bayern are said to have offered only €10 million (R199 million) so far.
The former Manchester City player's managerial career began at Belgian side RSC Anderlecht, but really kicked off during his first season with the Clarets after changing their style of play, making them a more fluid, attacking side.
He ultimately helped them achieve promotion from the EFL Championship to the EPL in his first campaign in charge.
The Bavarians, meanwhile, reached an agreement with Tuchel in February over his departure at the send of this season.
However, the Bundesliga outfit has encountered some struggles in finding a replacement, and are believed to have asked the German coach to stay on, but he decided against that idea.

Kompany would be tasked with improving on Bayern's third-place finish in the 2023/24 league season, behind VfB Stuttgart and Bayer Leverkusen, as well as chasing UEFA Champions League glory once again.
