Amid recent speculation of Erling Haaland wanting a move away from Manchester City, a top European club are reportedly ready to make a €197 million (R3.8 billion) bid for the striker.
The Norwegian has been linked with an exit in recent weeks after it was reported that the footballer wants to bring forward his release clause, which was set to kick in at the end of the 2023/24 season.
It was claimed that the clause inserted by City when they purchased Haaland was worth €200 million (R3.8 billion).

As such, a number of clubs have been linked with the goal-getter since, including Chelsea, Manchester United and Real Madrid.
According to RMC Sport journalist Daniel Riolo, Paris Saint-Germain are willing to splash €197 million to sign the talisman.
The French club are said to be expecting Kylian Mbappe's departure ahead of next season and want Haaland to fill that void.
Meanwhile, Lionel Messi has still not made a decision on his future leaving PSG with the task of a mammoth rebuild if both of the aforementioned players were to leave.

La Razon report the club's hierarchy are also beginning to get fed up with Neymar's injuries and could move him on as well.
Haaland has been in scintillating form this season, scoring 28 goals in the Premier League and 34 in all competitions since arriving from Borussia Dortmund in May.
