Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has now shared the one thing that would make him quit the Premier League club.
The head coach signed a contract extension in November, just a few months after guiding City to the Premier League title in the 2021/22 campaign.

However, this season, the challenge of winning the title a third year in a row is proving difficult, with Arsenal sitting five points clear of the reigning champions after the weekend's fixtures.
With pressure increasing on the Mancunians, City fans were heard booing their players last Thursday, when they entered the half-time break 2-0 down against Tottenham Hotspur before securing a stunning 4-2 comeback.
An irate Guardiola then hit out at the club's supporters, demanding more from them, while he also slammed his squad and said he did not "recognise" his team due to their lack of "passion and fire".
With this leading to suggestions the Spanish manager could be losing influence in the dressing room, Guardiola has now revealed he would leave if he was no longer able to inspire the team.
"I want to be here but if I lose the team, I cannot be here," he said, per the Daily Mirror.
"We are second in the table, we are not 25 points behind Arsenal, still we are there – 57 points still to play [for]."
Earlier in January, the 43-year-old had claimed that a contract is just a "piece of paper", leaving many wondering if he could be thinking about leaving the EPL club sooner than June 2025, when his current deal is set to expire.
"The moment I feel something is wrong, I will resign or not renew my contract," Guardiola said, per Marca.
"I will not stay as [Sir Alex] Ferguson or [Arsene] Wenger.
"The contract is just a piece of paper. I extended my commitment to the club because I feel the team can still do it well under my leadership.
"In the end, it's all about the result. If we get tired of each other, I'm not going to stay until the end because of the contract."
